We have several resources that can help you create a legal will. You can start by viewing our wills resource guide, which lists many of the most useful books we have on the topic, along with links to relevant statutes and other sources of information.
There are sample forms in Drafting Wills and Trust Agreements, and the book How to Make a Minnesota Will is written for a person without legal training to use.
